Call Announce
When your calls are forwarded to you they will be announced. You can take the calls or send the callers to voicemail instead, giving you the power to decide how you spend your time. There are several ways for your calls to be announced to you:
- Call Whisper - We will announce your caller's name to you. Example: You have a call from John Peters. Dial any key to accept the call. This will allow you to save time by not talking to "time wasters."
- Call Announce - We will announce a name of your choice. Example: You have a call from "Sales." Dial any key to accept the call. This will allow you to distinguish between business and personal calls.
- CLI Announce - We will announce the phone number of the person calling. Example- You have a call from 858-888-8888. Dial any key to accept the call.
AdTrakkerMULTI
AdTrakkerMULTI system will allow each user's calls to be announced differently.
