Can I use my existing toll free number?
Yes, we can direct your existing toll-free number to our system. We will simply have you fill out a RESPORG form with your personal information, and we will take care of the rest. This is normally a 7-10 day process. In the meantime, we will give you a temporary number so you can begin to configure your system. Once your number is transferred, it will simply replace the temporary number with all of the settings you've already configured.

How many inbound calls can my system handle?
The system is digital so we can actually take hundreds of calls simultaneously. This means you get the benefit of the marketing or advertising you're doing without callers receiving a busy signal.

Will I get the caller id of someone calling from a blocked number?
Yes. We use ANI or Automatic Number Identification, which is similar to caller ID but can not be blocked.

Can I request a specific number, one that spells out a name?
Yes, this is called a "vanity request" and this can be requested when you sign up. Your account will be setup with a temporary toll free number while we search for your vanity request. If your requested number is available, we'll secure it and add it to your account. If your requested number is not available, we will notify you by email where you can request additional searches or simply keep the random toll-free number assigned you. The one-time vanity fee of $30 is only applied if the vanity number requested is available and is secured for you.
How many telephone numbers can I program my system to attempt to reach me at with the Follow-Me-Live Call Transfer feature?
We can enter as many phone numbers as you'd like into the follow me call forwarding setting. You can even set the days of the week and the times of the day you would like to take calls at a particular number.

Can I select my own call forwarding preferences?
Yes. You can set both the time of day and days of the week you would like to get calls at a particular number.

How long can my recordings be?
Your recordings can be as long as you'd like them to be. We like to meet the needs of our customers, so if you have the need for a long recording, it's no problem. The longest we currently have for one recording is about an hour.

Can you forward calls to international destinations like the UK?
Toll-free numbers can only be accessed by callers in the United States and Canada, but we do have the ability to forward messages or live calls to international destinations. Click here for a list of international destinations and the corresponding toll-free rates. In some cases, an additional toll-free call deposit may be required.

How many messages can be stored and for how long?
The system can store an unlimited number of messages. Your mailboxes will never get full. Voice and fax messages can be saved for 30 days.

Can I have my outgoing recordings professionally recorded?
Yes, we have professional voice talent who are available to record your outgoing scripts. The costs associated with our professional voice scripting are quoted on a individual basis, but are quite reasonable. The price varies depending on the length and complexity of the script you need recorded. If you are interested in having our professional voice talent record your outgoing messages, have your sample script ready and contact customer support after your system has been setup.

What does it mean that I have 100 unique extensions that mirror four times?
The AdTrakker system comes with 100 extensions, 100-199, that can each hold their own unique recording and fax-on-demand document. In order for you to track your advertising efficiently, we automatically copy or mirror each of those 100 extensions four times. Whatever is recorded or loaded in extension 105 is also loaded in 205, 305, 405, and 505. This allows you to use different extensions in different advertising mediums without you having to record it more than one time! When looking at your statistics report, you will be able to trace where your caller saw your ad based on the first number of the extension.

How long can my property recordings be?
Your recordings can be as long as you'd like them to be. We like to meet the needs of our customers, so if you have the need for a long recording, it's no problem.

Once my caller dials a 3 digit extension, what options do they have after listening to the recording?
Your callers will have several options to choose from:
  1. Dial 6 to receive a fax
  2. Dial 7 to speak to you
  3. Dial 9 to return to the previous menu
  4. Dial # to repeat the message
  5. Remain on the line and leave a message after the tone

How do I retrieve my voicemail messages?
All of your messages get delivered to one mailbox, so you don't have to check 500 different extensions. You have 3 ways to check those messages:
  1. Call your toll free number.
  2. Have them delivered straight to your e-mail.
  3. Check your messages online through WebLINK, our web interface.

How many outgoing fax documents can I have?
Your main menu can hold one fax document, and each of your 100 unique extensions can hold its own fax back document, so in total, you can load 101 different fax back documents into your system.
How many faxes can my system hold?
As many as you get. Each FaxFreedom account has unlimited storage capacity.

What format do incoming faxes come in?
Incoming faxes are converted to either .TIF or .PDF formats, whichever you prefer. Our non-proprietary fax format provides ultimate flexibility for sending your digital faxes to others without requiring them install any special software.

How many inbound faxes can my system handle?
The system is digital so it can handle hundreds of calls simultaneously and your sender will never get a busy signal.

How much does it cost per fax?
Our pricing model is "per minute" based, not "per fax" based. You get 100 minutes that are included with your monthly rental each month. If you use more than 100 minutes in any given month, then you'll be charged 6.9¢ per minute for any fax activity. This is much cheaper than other services which charge you 10¢ per page for both incoming and outgoing faxes.
Can I switch to a bulk minute plan after I sign up for service?
Yes. If you already have a bulk minute plan, the new bulk minute plan will go into effect on the next billing date. If you do not have a bulk minute plan, you may upgrade right away. The new minute plan will be prorated for the amount of days left in the billing cycle. For example, if a FreedomLITE is upgraded to a FreedomLITE 1000, and you only have 10 days left in your billing cycle, then you will only get 333 minutes to use and will only be charged $18.32.

Do unused minutes roll over into the next month?
No, unused minutes do not carry over to the next month.

What are your toll free rates?
Our standard toll free rates are 6.9¢ per minute and go as low as 4.5¢ per minute for bulk minute plans. All rates are billed in 6-second increments, so you can ensure you're only paying for your true call usage.

What is the difference between "incoming" and "live" minutes?
Incoming calls involve only one party (e.g. a person, pager, fax machine) calling into the toll-free system or getting information from the toll-free system. Inbound calls are all calls to your toll free number including receiving faxes, voicemail or when you call in to check any voice messages. Additionally, calls delivered by your toll-free system, like Call Back, Pager Notification and Fax Forwarding are also billed at the "Inbound" rate.

Live or connected calls are calls involving two parties (usually 2 people having a conversation) and can occur from live caller forwarding, cardless calling card use, or call return.
How much is it to get started?
PAY AS YOU GO PLANS - We require the first and last month's rental plus a one-time $25 activation fee. Each month thereafter will be cost of the monthly rental + any toll-free usage.

BULK MINUTE PLANS - We require your first month's rental plus the cost of the bulk minute plan plus a one-time $25 activation fee. The total cost varies depending on the bulk minute plan purchased.

PAYMENT BY CHECK - All check or money order payments require an additional $75 refundable call deposit. The deposit will be applied to any call usage charges upon cancellation and any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded back.


Can you tell me exactly how my service is billed?
Your toll-free voice system rental becomes due once per month along with any call charges that have not yet been invoiced at that time. Call charges are calculated by our billing system each Friday. At that time if you've used over $17.50 in call charges, you will be invoiced for call usage at that time. If you do not exceed $17.50 in call charges, then any call charges generated during the month will be billed along with your rental fee. All charges are automatically billed to the credit card on your account.

Why do you charge an activation fee?
In order to keep our monthly service and toll-free usage rates as low as possible, we require a small, one-time activation fee at the start of service.

Some services have chosen to absorb this cost, usually based on the fact they have a minimum contract, i.e. 12 months. These companies also have strict terms and usually charge you higher monthly service fees and charge you early termination fees. There are no ties with Synergy800.com, you can leave when you want. We offer month-to-month contracts, just requiring 30 days notice for cancellation.


How will I receive my statement?
You'll get statements detailing your toll-free call usage activity every month, sent to the email address on record.
Can I start with FreedomLITE and then upgrade to a higher plan at a later time?
Yes, that's no problem. In addition, you can upgrade, change or add features at anytime. We simply prorate the difference of system or feature rental according to your current billing cycle. This flexibility means your toll-free voice system will never become out-dated. It can grow at the pace of your business and you never have to worry about paying for more than what you really need.

Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, you have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may cancel service and receive a full refund, less any minutes used. For more info, click here.

How quickly can our toll-free service be started?
If paying by credit card and your card is charged successfully, in most cases, you will be set up with your toll-free number, PIN and instruction guide immediately. If paying by check or money order, or at certain times when instant set up is not available, your service is normally set up within 24-48 hours after receiving payment for your services.

Do you offer credit for customer referrals?
Yes. Our current customers receive a one-month credit on their monthly rental for every new customer they refer. For more info, click here.

Does your service require a contractual agreement for any particular length of time?
No, subscriptions are on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel at anytime with 30 days notice.
Can I get help setting up my system?
Yes, our client support department is available 6am to 6pm, Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We are available to assist you with any questions you may have about your system. Our representatives know that learning anything new is sometimes a daunting task, so we are here to help you configure your system in the best way possible for your company.
