Levels of Achievement |
To be promoted to any of the titles listed below, you must meet all the requirements of that level. The same monthly attainment requirements are needed to receive the additional automobile allowance.

Once you attain a level, you will remain at that level for six (6) months. At the end of the six months you will be reviewed. Maintenance of a level is determined by achieving the total personal and total group volume each month. You must have maintained your personal and group volume for your level, three (3) out of six (6) months to maintain your level.
Automobile Bonus
The automobile bonus will be determined based on each separate month's production. All areas required for the automobile bonus must be met to receive the automobile bonus. If you are a Manager, yet one month you meet the requirements of a Director, you will receive the automobile bonus for Director and maintain your Manager position until your six-month Manager review.
